Laives Carnival

Carnival parade in Laives/Leifers from via Kennedy to Pineta/Steinmannwald.

Themed carnival floats, special dances and choreographies, sweets, fun, and a colorful array of costumes: the grand Carnival parade has become a tradition and an integral part of the community in Laives.

Program:
10 am | carnival floats on display along via Kennedy in Laives/Leifers (from the intersection with via Dante to the Eurospar supermarket)
1.30 pm | start of the parade in Laives/Leifers, entertainmant with games, balloons and a bouncy castle in Pineta/Steinmannwald
4 pm | arrival of the parade at Don Domenico Penner square in Pineta/Steinmannwald
Until 8 pm music and refreshments in Pineta/Steinmannwald.

A shuttle train will provide free and continuous service on the Laives - Pineta route from 10 am until 6 pm.
Contest for the best children's and adult costumes.

In the event of bad weather, the event will be postponed to the following Sunday.

Information on road closures and bus diversions during the event:
From 9 a.m. to 12.30 p.m.: Closure of Via Kennedy between Via Diaz and the Eurospar parking lot entrance.
From 12.30 p.m.: Closure of Via Kennedy between Via Galizia and Via Diaz.
From 1.30 p.m.: Closure of Via Brennero in Pineta to Via Kennedy in Laives.
From 1.30 p.m., buses will no longer run through Laives and Pineta. Until the end of the event, buses will run through the bypass tunnel to Bronzolo/Branzoll.
